Refund policy

Returns are allowed for up to seven days after delivery if there is a defect in craftsmanship. Chippewa River Custom Rod Co. is not responsible for any damage due to shipping, but we will assist however possible to remedy the issue with the shipping company. Customer pays for return shipping. Insurance and tracking is encouraged in the event that the rod is lost or damaged during shipping.

Refunds are available if the customer is not happy with the quality of the product when received. If there are any quality or craftsmanship concerns, please simply send the rod back for a full refund.
